K2climbers presents yet another less traversed trek for the trekking community of Pakistan. This time the team will cover Sat Sar Mala Lakes, Sambak Sar, Daramsar & Dudipatsar lakes.
Sat Sar Mala Lakes is a very rare destination of Upper Kaghan Valley. It is a series of 7 lakes hence the name Sat Sar Mala. The altitude is 14,100 ft.
The lakes are accessible for a very short period of time and are snowbound for most part of the year. The best time to visit is Peak Summers. There is a small village between Jalkhad and Babusar Pass called Gittidas and the trek starts just a turn before this village.
Dudipatsar lake lies in the extreme north of the Kaghan Valley. It is about a four-hour drive from the Main Town of Naran. This lake evokes images of beauty, glamour, and tranquility.
